The Mindspan coaching team is growing again…

Mindspan are delighted to welcome Ernest Gikuma to their licenced coaching team.

Having been employed in several different sales roles over the years, Ernest brings with him a wealth of experience in working with and supporting people with their mindset. A graduate in Psychology and a leader in his community, Ernest will be delivering coaching to business groups and individuals, as well as working with his local schools and his church in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire.

Mindspan Operations Director Steve Eastaugh said ‘’We are delighted that Ernest has chosen to join our Mindspan team. He has been so engaged throughout our induction training and we know he’s going to have a big impact with everybody he works with, we can’t wait for him to get started!’’

Ernest Gikuma, added “I have a passion to equip & empower individuals especially business owners with resilience and growth mindset through coaching and training workshops. I was pleasantly surprised when I came across the Mindspan licensing programme and immediately decided to become a part of the team. Having a team of experienced experts in high performance coaching and being part of a professionally run coaching business as provided by the Mindspan is a mega-bonus especially for me. I am looking forward to contribute in working towards the goal of transforming 10 million people’s lives with what we have to offer.”
