Each version of the PPM programme is built around the MINDSPAN TRIAD (our unique framework) and explores three core psychologies:  SELF, LIFE and WORLD.

To fulfil your potential it’s important to develop within yourself the following Mindspan competencies:

How We Deliver PPM

Each version of the PPM programme can be delivered in 3 ways so depending on your business needs & budget requirements, we have an option to suit you:

  • 4-Day Intensive Training: Dive deep into the core psychologies with a focused, immersive experience.

  • 6-Month Programme: Includes informal 1-2-1 interviews at the beginning of the 6 month period, as well as the use of our psychometric tools to gauge & measure the impact PPM has on delegates. This programme finishes with 3 months of coaching clinics for ongoing support.

  • 12-Month Programme: Offers all the benefits of the 6-month programme with additional coaching and enhanced tools and planning to ensure long-term success.
