I want to help people discover that being happy is a habit that we can all develop and the key to a truly fulfilling and successful life.


Who inspires you most in life and why?
My father for his big heart and his dogged determination in everything he did. 


What three words would best describe you?
Glass half full!


Where’s your favourite destination and why?
Cathedral Cove, Coromandel, New Zealand, breathtakingly beautiful with happy memories of my first visit there with my wife Cathy and our son Jack when he was just a few months old. 


If you had a ‘super power’, what would it be and how would you use it?
To make anyone I look at happy! 


Which book that you’ve read has had the most impact on you?
Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman, it was the first book in the field of Psychology that I ever read (the first time in 2000) and it ignited my fascination for the subject ever since.


What’s your guilty pleasure?
Driving fast cars and go-carts!


What one piece of advice have you learned from others that you would pass on to someone?
At the end of the day, spending time with good friends and family is all that really matters.
