    Gavin is founder and creator of Mindspan Peak Performance Mind. He has vast experience in the field of personal development and psychological performance and is co-author of the book ‘Mindspan Peak Performance Mind’.

  • Matt Sykes Operations Director & Trainer

    Matt combines client training with co-running the Mindspan business. He is our Operations Director and has responsibility for supporting our Franchisees with their business strategy.

  • Linda Allen Trainer & Coach

    Linda has worked in personal development for many years and has a range of qualifications in the field. She has extensive coaching and facilitation experience.

  • Karen Ruthven Trainer

    Karen is a professional trainer who can draw on over 20 years coaching and training in the global pharmaceutical sector.

  • Paul McVeigh Trainer

    Paul is a former professional Premier League footballer. He works with a Premier League academy on their psychological development and is currently studying his Masters in Sport Psychology.

  • Chris Rollings Trainer

    Chris had a 32 year career in the police and has also worked in social housing. He has a degree in psychology.
